Chris Dorsey

I am a mother, a wife, a sister, a grandmother, an animal lover, and tree hugger. I am also a bone reader, a shamanic healer, and a Spiritualist. Being blessed with a diverse ancestral heritage, comprised of French-Canadian Metis, Irish and Cajun has allowed me the opportunity to spiritually embrace these cultures. Growing up, I was immersed in a spiritually eclectic family that read a combination of the Bible, tarot cards and animal bones. I inherited healing hands and a love of divination and Spirits. My first Spiritualist experience was shortly after the death of my grandfather when I was 8 years old. He continued to visit with me on Saturday mornings, just as he did when he was alive.He remains one of my spiritual guides today. As a teenager, I started my journey with reading tarot cards for friends and family. Being completely fascinated by all things spiritual, I read an immeasurable number of books and learned all I could throughout my twenties until I discovered my true path. My learning is ongoing, thanks to my mentors and Spirit. After the last of our children left the nest, I dedicated myself to reading bones and opened my spiritual business, Turtle Blessings, out of my home in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Along with bone readings and healing work, I also bless homes and sell spiritual supplies, including candles, smudging feathers, herbal incense, and artwork that my husband and I make at home. Over the years, I have received many messages for my clients from departed loved ones, often bringing them comfort and peace, as well as answers to questions that were left lingering. Every experience is vastly different, and I am honoured to be part of my client’s path to healing. I look forward to meeting you and sharing a cup of tea in my parlour.
